This Privacy Policy explains what information the VidMark application ("VidMark", "the app") handles, and how. VidMark is developed and published by Zavi Studio ("we", "us").
The short version. Your videos, logos, signatures, watermark text and QR contents never leave your device. All watermarking and video export happens locally on your phone. VidMark has no user accounts and no servers of our own.
VidMark does include Google advertising and analytics services, and those services collect technical and usage information as described below.

All video decoding, watermark rendering, encoding and export is performed on your device. QR codes are generated on your device. Exported videos are written to your device's own media storage.
The app stores the following locally, in its own private storage. It is not transmitted anywhere, and it is removed when you uninstall the app:
VidMark uses the following Google services. Each is operated by Google, and what it collects is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Analytics events never include your content. We record that an action happened — never what the watermark said, what a QR code pointed to, or what a file was called.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, VidMark asks for your consent before personalised advertising is used, through Google's consent management platform. You can change your answer at any time in the app under Settings → Ad privacy options.
On any device, you can limit or reset advertising personalisation in your Android system settings, usually under Settings → Google → Ads, where you can delete or reset your Advertising ID.

VidMark uses the Android system photo and video picker, so it only ever receives the specific files you choose. It does not request broad access to your photo or video library, and it never modifies your original video.
VidMark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will act on it.
Because the content you work with never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Templates, imported logos, signatures and settings are removed when you uninstall VidMark or clear its data. Videos you exported remain in your device's media library until you delete them yourself. To request deletion of analytics or crash data associated with your device, contact us at the address below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal information about you, and to withdraw consent for personalised advertising. Because we hold no account or content data, most requests concern the Google services listed in section 3; we will help you direct such a request appropriately. Contact us at the address below.
Your files stay in your device's own app-private storage and media storage, protected by Android's application sandbox. No content is transmitted to us, so there is no server-side copy of your work to be exposed.
We may update this policy when the app changes or when the services it uses change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or in the Play Store release notes.
