Dhikr Companion does not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal details.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data created within the app is stored locally on your device only:

• Your dhikr session history (rounds, counts, dates)
• Custom dhikr you create
• App preferences such as selected theme and vibration settings
• Counter state between sessions

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Dhikr Companion displays banner advertisements on the History and Settings screens only. The main counter screen is completely ad-free to preserve your worship experience.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• General location (country/region level)
• Device type and operating system version
• App interaction data for ad performance measurement

This data is collected and processed by Google under their own privacy policy. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your Android device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. Internet Permission

The app requests internet permission solely for the purpose of loading advertisements via Google AdMob. No other network requests are made by the app.

5. Vibration Permission

The app requests vibration permission to provide tactile feedback when you tap the counter. This permission does not involve any data collection.

6. Children's Privacy

Dhikr Companion is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app does not contain any content inappropriate for children.

7. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into this app is Google AdMob for advertising. No analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or social media integrations are included.

8. Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, its security is governed by your device's own security features such as screen lock and encryption. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.
